Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all products and services offered under Travoga Holidays Pvt. Ltd., including:

• Holiday Memberships: Elite (5 Years), Signature (10 Years), Prime (25 Years), and promotional multi-year memberships.
• Reservation Services: Domestic and international hotel and resort bookings made through annual holiday entitlements.
• Custom Tour Curations: Bespoke itineraries, private transfers, and ancillary hospitality arrangements.

We provide a dedicated Cooling-off Period of 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of membership enrollment and initial fee payment:

• If a cancellation request is submitted in writing within 7 days of purchase (and before any holiday reservation is availed or confirmed), the member shall be eligible for a refund of the membership fee paid, subject to a nominal administrative processing charge of up to 5% to cover payment gateway and banking transaction costs.
• Cooling-off cancellation requests must be submitted exclusively from the registered email ID to info@travogaholidays.in.

Following the expiration of the 7-day cooling-off period:

• The membership fee is strictly non-refundable, non-adjustable, and non-transferable unless explicitly authorized in writing by the company management.
• No partial or pro-rata refunds shall be granted for unused nights, unutilized annual entitlement periods, or non-utilization of membership privileges.
• Memberships are structured as long-term price-freeze commitments reserving guaranteed property access for up to 25 years.

When booking annual holiday nights at partner 4-Star and 5-Star properties, the following cancellation conditions apply:

• Cancellations 15 Days or More Prior to Check-in: The utilized membership nights will be fully re-credited back to the member's account for rebooking within the active membership year.
• Cancellations 7 to 14 Days Prior to Check-in: A nominal rescheduling fee of ₹1,500 per booking applies, and nights will be credited back to your account.
• Cancellations Within 7 Days of Check-in / No-Show: The booked nights shall be forfeited and deducted from the current year's quota due to mandatory hotel partner lock-ins.
• All cancellation requests must be sent in writing to reservation@travogaholidays.in. Verbal, WhatsApp, or phone requests shall not be treated as formal cancellations.

• Unused nights from one membership year may be carried forward to the immediately succeeding membership year, allowing members to accumulate up to double their annual entitlement.
• Members may also advance up to 3 nights from the upcoming year for larger multigenerational family vacations.
• Carry-forward and advance usage ensure zero loss of vacation benefits even when travel is rescheduled.

• Annual Maintenance Charges (AMC) are levied to maintain tie-ups with premium 4-Star and 5-Star resort inventories, priority concierge operations, and utility standards.
• AMC once paid for any membership year is non-refundable.
• Payment of AMC is required prior to confirming annual reservations for that operational cycle.

In the event of unforeseen disruptions such as natural disasters, pandemics, government travel advisories, flight groundings, or severe weather conditions, Travoga Holidays Pvt. Ltd. will facilitate free date alterations or re-crediting of membership nights. Cash refunds are not provided for third-party service disruptions beyond reasonable control.

• Eligible approved refunds (such as valid cooling-off cancellations) are processed within 7 to 10 working days from the formal approval date.
• Refunds will be credited strictly via the original method of payment (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI via Razorpay / Bank Transfer).
• A formal refund confirmation receipt with transaction reference UTR will be emailed upon disbursement.
