Terms & Conditions

• Members are entitled to 6 Nights / 7 Days of luxury accommodation every membership year as per their selected membership tier:
  • Elite – 5 Years: Coverage: India + Asia destinations.
  • Signature – 10 Years: Coverage: India + Asia + Europe destinations.
  • Prime Membership – 25 Years: Coverage: India + Asia + Europe destinations.
• Stay includes verified 4-Star & 5-Star Properties with Accommodation + Daily Breakfast.
• Standard occupancy shall be as per the booked room category and resort policy.

Holiday reservations can be requested through any of the following official channels:

• Official Member Portal: Member Login Area
• Concierge Reservation Email: reservation@travogaholidays.in
• General Helpdesk: info@travogaholidays.in

• Peak Season: Minimum 45 days prior booking request.
• Off-Peak Season: Minimum 15 days prior booking request.

Note: Early reservation requests ensure the highest availability for preferred resorts.

• All bookings are strictly subject to room inventory availability at partner hotels.
• Travoga Holidays works closely with top luxury partner chains to provide equivalent or upgraded alternate 4-Star / 5-Star properties in the event of high seasonal occupancy.

• Travoga Holidays operates through a verified network of 4-Star and 5-Star luxury hospitality partners.
• Partner properties may be updated, expanded, or upgraded to ensure premier member experiences.

• Unused nights from one membership year may be carried forward to the immediately succeeding membership year.
• Members may advance up to 3 nights from the upcoming year for extended family vacations.

• Cancellation requests received 15 days or more before check-in allow full re-crediting of membership nights.
• Cancellation requests made within 7 days of check-in shall be treated as non-refundable.
• Only cancellation requests received through the official registered email ID shall be processed.

• A 7-day cooling-off period applies from the date of membership enrollment as detailed in our Refund Policy.
• Following the cooling-off period, the membership fee and paid AMC are non-refundable.

• Provide accurate personal and government ID details.
• Carry valid Government photo identification (Passport/Aadhaar/Driving License) during travel check-in.
• Adhere to all hotel and resort guidelines.

• Check-in and Check-out timings are determined by respective hotel policies.
• Security deposits, if required by hotels, are settled directly by the member upon arrival.

The membership covers 4★/5★ accommodation with daily breakfast. The following optional services are payable directly:

• Lunch & Dinner
• Airfare / Flight Tickets
• Airport Transfers (unless part of bespoke package)
• Sightseeing Entry Tickets
• Personal Expenses & Minibar
• Government Taxes or City Tourism fees

Travoga Holidays Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, or non-performance caused due to natural disasters, government restrictions, flight groundings, epidemics, or extreme weather conditions beyond reasonable control.

Travoga Holidays Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions. The latest version published on the website shall apply.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any legal dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
